Amazing stay with great service!
We had the best time here! The staff were super attentive, always looking to help us. Our room was spacious and the view from the windows was amazing. We loved the bar on the 26th floor-great vibes! Just wished the roof terrace was open, but it was winter, so can't complain too much.

The location is perfect, just a quick walk to the waterfront and surrounded by shops selling local snacks. The indoor heated pool was lovely, and the gym was super clean with water provided. In the room, the Le Labo amenities stood out, with housekeeping ensuring everything was neat, even arranging personal items thoughtfully. The guest relations team was really good, especially with thoughtful gestures like a surprise chocolate cake.

Had lovely stay by one night, the stuff where very amiable, location was nice in the middle of jackson. Appreciated a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room. And there were very comfy beds. Location: the hotel was next to the main shopping streets of Shanghai. Ate at Hakkasan, it's not very far from the venue.

We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hit up the rooftop bar with fine views. Don't miss the fun games area for lawn bowling. Just a heads up, the location is great but taxi access can be tricky. A fantastic getaway!
One downside was the lack of professionalism from a waiter at the bar. When we asked for non-alcoholic drinks, he initially said anything could be made, but later revealed only two menu options were available. A bit frustrating.

The rooftop bar had fine views, and the breakfast was out of this world with a great selection of warm and cold dishes. The pool table was a bit tilted, but once you got the hang of it, it added some fun to our game 🌟
